Overview
As per the GOV.UK guidance, online order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.
We will offer a refund to customers if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told us.
We must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.
If you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of the return and the responsibility of the product(s) remain with the customer until it is received by us. You should returns to the address provided to you using a tracked method and retain a proof of posting.
If returned products have been used, no refund will be issued unless faulty.
If a product is faulty, we will offer a pre-paid returns label for you to return the product(s) to us. Once received and verified, a refund will be processed. No refunds are issued without product(s) being returned.
